A respected figure in Bay Area real estate, Shahram followed the legacy of his family in Iran, where his uncle was a prominent architect and his father a luxury home builder. Since immigrating to the U.S. in 2012, he has continued this tradition, specializing in the construction of high-end single-family homes across the Bay Area, including prestigious neighborhoods such as Cupertino, Menlo Park, Burlingame, Hillsborough, and San Francisco.
Reflecting on his work, Shahram shared, “I love it all. Seeing the final product come together is amazing.” Working closely with his wife Elham, an interior designer, Shahram’s passion for luxury home building shines in this project. Of his many successful ventures, this Hillsborough residence, crafted in collaboration with European Cabinets & Design Studios, stands out as a crowning achievement. “This project was like a Bachelor’s Degree,” he explained. “It took almost four years, and we learned so much along the way.”
