Ordering Process
To get your project started, stop by our showroom. It’s helpful if you can bring floor plans and/or elevation drawings of the location of the proposed staircase. Together, we’ll choose the options for materials and finishes and calculate an estimate for your custom staircase design. We’ll then visit your home to take exact measurements, which will be used to produce a 3D-mockup. Once you’ve approved the design, we’ll place the order.
