Now as my new and beautiful kitchen is done,I would like to thank you for the wonderful service you provided! I had a great pleasure doing my kitchen project with you from the very first time I walked into your store until the very end.

Thanks for helping me choosing the style,color,and material for the cabinets. Without your advice I would definitely have made some mistakes. I am glad now that instead of wood,following your advice I have chosen a laminate since my kitchen is facing a busy street and there is a lot of dust that is absolutely black in color,it is VERY important indeed that I can just wipe it off with cleaning solution and not be worried about dust getting into wood grains!
Thanks for taking the time and helping me not only with the design of the kitchen layout but also helping with selection of a floor and giving tips on how to install it (since we did it ourselves) even though it was "outside" of your responsibilities.

Thanks for ALWAYS being on time and putting the kitchen together as if you were doing it for yourselves! Thanks for always being available at any time I needed to ask a question or just listen to my concerns and giving support any way you could. I can tell anybody that even if I wanted to find something to complain about I would not be able to do that. As you know, my project stalled for quite some time during the remodel of my kitchen, no fault of Cabinets by Design. You were always patient, professional and responsive to me whenever I called for any reason.

Product and install are great

Overall, I would rate my experience as very good. There was some delay in the initial shipment and further delay when the wrong cabinets arrived and had to be re ordered. Fortunately, I was not under a strict time frame so it worked out fine. Additionally, I was pleased with the order and delivery of the Caeserstone which was recommended by Cabinets by Design.

In summary, I have and will continue to recommend Cabinets by Design to friends for their cabinetry needs.

I am so grateful for you personable attention to my kitchen dilemma. I received the catalogue, it really helps. Thank you much for the counter top tips, they are invaluable. I cannot stop telling my family and friends about your willingness to share the time and efforts to brain storm my project.

BTW, I ordered the utensil bar lamps according to your advice. Now it is the backsplash-counter top-wall color challenge. We'll be fine.
